Bell peppers are one of my favorite vegetables! With their tangy taste and crunchy texture, they’re a staple in our kitchen.
The health benefits associated with these gems include: Vitamin C (immune booster) Vitamin E (skin and hair health), Vitamin B6 (cell repair) and capsaicin which is known to reduce ‘bad’ cholesterol. Red peppers in particular are loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.
The reason I love peppers for food prep is because they are readily available, versatile and can fit into anyone’s grocery budget.
